9. Re: Calling into the U.S. from St. Thomas. If you have unlimited calling, ATT is free to/from the USVI but Verizon charges. But, one thing you need to be aware of is if you go to STJ, sometimes the phone picks up the towers from the BVI which is a bigger charge so you need to be careful of this.
