Hi Asif, Only aprox 10% of the people in Bali are Muslims so there is no huge demand for Halal food, although it is available. You cannot assume that all the meat is imported from elsewhere in Bali as that is not the case. Most meat ( pork, chicken beef, goat, duck )is slaughtered in Bali and non halal.
All suppliers are required to do so as well. All import of meat directly or through suppliers is strictly monitored and unless recognized by UAE government bodies as reliable certifying agencies, they are not allowed to be imported.
