Good morning - I helped friends book a March 2022 car rental with Alamo on Maui through Costco to save money. But, when they took a closer look at the confirmation, they noted that it states that they need to show a Costco card when picking up the card.
10. Re: Car rental through Costco by non-member. 10 years ago. Costco changed their procedure a couple years ago to require the Costco member number in order to make a reservation. Prior to that, pretty much anyone could book using their codes and the rental companies rarely asked to see the Costco membership card.

Find member services and car rentals will be there. You can't get rental car discounts through Costco in Canada unless you have an executive membership.

I have noticed that Costco rates really started to drop about 6 weeks out. I am currently 3 weeks out and have the best rate so far.
Answer 1 of 9: There have been a number of posts about renting a car through Costco. There is nothing on Costco.ca, only Costco.com. Can Cdn members still qualify for the discount??
