The rates seem to be very high. usually when you book a complete tour package with a tour agency the amount they charge per KM is 35 LKR - 38 LKR for a modern four door A/C sedan with English speaking driver. also when you book hotels through agents the driver accommodation and meals are provided for free. so it's probably much cheaper to book a tour through a reputed agent whether it's budget ...
