For picking up car rentals at MCO, for car companies such as Alamo or Dollar, are they located onsite, i.e. walk to cars, or do we need to take a shuttle to the car rental companies off site locaiton or to a car rental center? Hi - the car rental pickup is literally about 20 yards opposite the terminal exit. MCO car pick up was one the easiest I have used! If Dollar do a similar thing to Alamo where you can check in online, pop in your details etc you can literally walk straight to the car and drive away - saves a ton of time waiting at the car hire desks! So far, he's right, we havent been charged any extra. Our bill was exaclty what was estimated at reservation time, $85.00 plus taxes and fees, $128.00. I must say, I would definately use Dollar or Thrifty at MCO location again. We got a great car. Check in was not so bad.
