   Dollar is one of the largest rental car companies around, and I have rented from them in Vegas dozens (and I mean dozens) of times without any major incident.. When it is real busy, sometimes you have to wait for them to clean up a vehicle, but they will always honor a reservation even if they have to get a car from another company for you (as happened to me with Dollar in Reno last August).
