If insurance was included in your booking, then it should have been reflected on the booking - you should have had something to show that insurance was included.

Despite Hertz International Reservations confirming that Hertz Cabo reservations automatically comes with Liability insurance with the cost, when you arrive at Hertz Cabo they demand charging an additional $30 per day for Liability doubling the cost. Even when I called Hertz International from Cabo the agents refused to talk to Hertz International.
