Jan 2022. We LIVE in Anderson ON the lake. As mentioned elsewhere the lake is dirty. Few "beaches" anywhere along the 1000 miles of shoreline. The few that are there fill up quickly. The lake was not and is not for recreation but for power generation. Water level can vary by as much as 10' leaving submerged hazards.
