The problem is, many reports say that availability on any given day at any of the reputable farmacias in Mexico is really random. 8 farmacias might all be out of it on one day, then 4 have it the next day -- at least, that's what travelers in Mexico City, Cancun, and border towns report. I haven't seen any reports of the situation in PV.

I'll add, there's somewhat of a shortage of it in Mexico just like everywhere else as it is frequently being used for an off label reason and it's not cheap, ( though cheaper than in the USA without insurance) Reply. Ozempic at Farmacia del Ahorro (reputable national pharmacy chain) $3,345 pesos. Much cheaper than at home, assuming you will no longer get insurance coverage for it. Ozempic is not available in generic anywhere. Toujeo is insulin glargine, which you can get as generic in Mexico, so there will really be a huge price difference.
