If you're looking for a hog hunt in Texas, I don't recommend hunting at My Ranch in Crockett, TX. The 1300 acres are mostly mowed fields, so the property has very little cover to actually hold hogs. Any hogs on this property are just passing through and may stop at a feeder at night.
Now for the bad; 1)they accept credit cards for the reservation but insist on cash for all other required services like hog cleaning. 2)Our blind faced a wood line 15 yards to the front. No chance for any shot. 3)We did a 27 hour hunt and it cost $2100 for 2 of us due to extreme "extra fees."
1. Reviewed July 17, 2019 via mobile. HeliBacon Hog Hunting. Bryan, TX. Excellent and safe helicopter hog hunting experience. Great equipment and crew. Shooting out of a helicopter is both fun and a great view of the terrain. Safety is key, eradicating hogs is a bonus. I highly recommend.

Best hog hunting in Texas. This little ranch is a jewel in the making. They deliver as promised on their web page and the food and staff were outstanding. The perfect getaway for 3 days and 2 nights with food and lodging included. Lots of wild hogs on the ranch and about any size for your budget.
