We just came back from Seoul 2 days ago & had stored one of our luggages for 3 days at Incheon Airport. Go to the departure area toward the Korean Airline counter, there is the Hanjin Express where you can store your luggage. The cost depends on the size of your luggage - we had a medium size luggage & it cost us 7,000 won a day.
