   I thought I'd provide an update since I just returned from my trip. I was able to rent the 15 passenger vans at Target Car Rental at the Baldorioty Ave. location. The shuttle picked us up and everything went smoothly. The rate was about $160 per day including commercial insurance (your regular auto policy won't work). Report inappropriate content.

I did a lot of searching and ended up with a Ford Transport van from National. Based on recommendations on this board I did check my insurance and the confirmed it was a covered vehicle.

   Someone had asked about cost- the cost for the 12 passenger - it was $3,000 for the trip compared to $800 for the minivan. While the cost is important the other items such as comfort level of my parents while riding and parking access were making it difficult to weigh out the pros and cons.

   2. Re: 12 or 15 Passenger Van Rental. I was going to recommend the same company GoldRushJunkie suggested, ,but their website says their vans are only seven-passenger minivans. You may have to try the Enterprise or Hertz locations at the airport in Sevierville.
