12 years ago. I joined Hertz Gold Club earlier this year while they were offering it free of charge, and made a booking for a car for my holiday last 2 weeks of April. Upon arrival at MCO I switched on my mobile and received an E-mail from Hertz stating which car I had been allocated and in which bay it was located.

Horrible experience with Hertz in mid December. I had reserved a 7-seater (L4) SUV since I needed a 7-seater. When I reached Hertz on the A-side it said President Circle after my name in the board.
