This was our travel to and from Cancun airport for the trip we booked through Costco Vacations. We had a good experience, the only thing was that we had to wait for about 20-30 minutes to get our ride to the hotel even though we booked a private transfer. 20-30 minutes might not seem long but when it is after an 8 hr trip + 2 tired kids, it is a long time.

Re: Costco in Mazatlan? 14 years ago. We have gotten a one day pass at Sam's several times this visit. One should know however that there is 5% charge to the bill. One also has to pay cash, the upside of that is you then get a 2.5% discount for paying cash. Leaving you with a 2.5% net penalty.

Holland American says to go through Costco, Costco online says to contact the travel department, and after 3 hours on hold, the message says call back later! Did speak w corporate office. They took down info and said we’ll get a call back. Not sure we will. Just want a fax number to register our cancellation on time for credit.
