This was our travel to and from Cancun airport for the trip we booked through Costco Vacations. We had a good experience, the only thing was that we had to wait for about 20-30 minutes to get our ride to the hotel even though we booked a private transfer. 20-30 minutes might not seem long but when it is after an 8 hr trip + 2 tired kids, it is a long time.

We showed them our Costco itinerary but the folks at the BD could not make changes, they asked us to see Roberto the next day to at our hotel to confirm the changes. Roberto was there the next day to speak with us, he took some notes and made a few calls to the BD office but then asked us to come back the next day.

We had booked a private transport through Costco travel with BD Experience and the rep met us and took us to our van immediately. They sanitized our luggage (mostly hygiene theater, but we will take all the cleanliness we can) and drove us right to our resort on Maroma ...

If you are an Executive Member, you may not receive the 2% rebate on purchases made outside your "home country". Report inappropriate content.
