Hello, I am fairly confused with the car rental insurance in Italy.The two rental agencies in Bolzano are Hertz and Europcar. My credit car does cover Collision Damage Insurance in Italy and according to Citi Card representative, you have to deny this coverage with the rental car agency.

You'll purchase liability through your car rental company (that's required), but this AAA insurance may cover the vehicle. The only way to know for sure is to contact Hertz directly though.
