Should have checked the reviews before spending money with them. And thank you for providing the policy. I have since read it and that is not what the representative said.

I wish TripAdvisor would find a way to make reviews of tours l/travel companies available as they do for hotels, restaurants, and various attractions. Considering the volume of world wide business it seems to me more important than dining reviews.

I've read reviews on other sites and am concerned by those mentioning problems with customer service and getting refunds for cancelled flights.
