TravellerGal.. Here is the local secret... Use google maps for this, Start by searching 44870. You should see Rt 90 and RT80, thats the Ohio turnpike. Then follow St Rt 4 north to where the arrow is, [ it should be right by St Rt2 ] Look for BOGART RD. It should be just south of Rt2..
Thanks! 1. Re: Driving - Ann Arbor to Cedar Point (Sandusky, Ohio) The toll on the Ohio turnpike from 23 in Toledo to the exit to Cedar Point from the west was right around $ 1.50. Take a few singles and 4 - 8 quarters and you'll be covered. Note that food and beverages in the park are very expensive.
MapQuest and Google are great for directions, and general basic information. However, for the most part, those given time estimates are based on point to point at the legal posted speed limit, under ideal conditions. There really is no hard and fast formula for converting those distances into real world drive times within the parks.
