The only thing about driving to Orlando from TPA is that you have to drive smack dab through downtown Tampa. Driving during rush hour or on a drinking night like Saturday is not ideal. This cashless toll situation also happened to me with Avis in Tampa, Florida. I was charged $16.25 on my credit card for a cashless toll that was not explained to me by the rental company and it was certainly not posted on the highways or anywhere. The cashless toll on the Tampa Crosstown Expressway is $1.50, but Avis charged me $16.25!!
