I've read that CDW is required in Ireland but when we originally booked for May 2020, I checked with my credit card and they said I could request a confirmation of coverage letter 2 weeks before we left.
6 years ago. "My U.S. Citibank Costco-branded credit card has the "wave" symbol on it, which I think means it can be used for contactless tap and pay. I have tried my costco citi card at multiple locations in the US that accept contactless payments and it has not worked at any location. I believe the wave symbol on that card is meaningless.
