It seems like it has been around forever, but it's thoroughly modern in style and offering - Arnotts is Ireland's largest and Dublin's oldest department store. The main entrance is on Henry Street, just down from O'Connell Street, and you just can't miss the distinctive and impressive shopfront.
Arnotts really is the last true department store in Dublin. It’s a pleasure to shop in from the wonderfully large kitchen section to furniture and bedding to clothing department to electronics to sports. Whilst on holiday in Dublin and on the famous Henry Street we visited Arnotts departmental store . As Londoners we weren’t looking for anything specific but a place to have lunch . The impressive store had all the famous stores including John Lewis , Marks , Rees , Mango etc plus impressive eateries .
I really enjoy visiting arnotts when in Dublin. Had a great experience today being served by very friendly and professional staff. Particular praise to Hassan in footware who was incredibly helpful and valerie selling Nuxe products whose enthusiasm for the product ensured a sale. Would recommend seeing the dyson hairdryer demonstration.
