    You have to know where to look if you're not in a car and don't have access to the Shuto-ko (expressway) where they usually drive around. They don't come out that much but you can usually see them around the busy nightspots and action areas(not street racing, just parked or driving around in traffic) like Kabukicho, Roppongi Crossing, Akihabara, Shibuya and Harajuku.
