I returned the vehicle a day early, however, AVIS does NOT refund for early returns and I had to call Customer Support to get my extra $15/day upcharge refunded since I returned early. This was my second horrible experience with AVIS and will not be using them again unless they are my ONLY option. Very displeased with this company!!

I returned from our trip to discover the AVIS airport rental in France had voided my oteoaid contract and arbitrarily charge my credit card 1,600 Euros for returning the car 1 hour late, when the late fee printed in the original invoice was 91.25 Euros per hour.
