If you mean "the World Trade Center" -- for that's its name -- take any downtown train from the 47th-50th Streets/ Rockefeller Center station to West 4th Street. Go upstairs and change for the downtown A or C to Chambers Street, or (better yet) the downtown E to World Trade Center.
