We've always dressed business casual. There hasn't appeared to be an official dress code, but out of respect to this most amazing establishment and its patrons, I would certainly say a collar shirt and slacks and non flip-flop or Croc shoes would tell the staff and other patrons that you also respect their efforts toward the experience.
