I vaguely thought about going to India instead of Pakistan, couldn’t believe the price VFS is charging, then I checked the price I paid to the same company two years ago and it’s trebled since then. I think you’re right – mostly it’s the tit-for-tat retaliation between countries which causes this escalation in visa fees.
