Re: trafalgar tours. 4 years ago. no tour operator owns the bus so unless the brochure stated that the bus would only have 40 seats vs 52 its a factor no tour operator can control. Trafalgar normally fills a coach while most others limit a max tour size to perhaps 40 but may still utilize a coach with 52 seats.
