When you do that all the streets that you can go to will turn blue, when you drag the orange man to any of those streets you'll be transported to "street view". For those not familiar with that feature, this means that you can go to any street in Cozumel, drag the orange person icon onto the blue outlined street and see how it looks from the street. (The orange person icon is located on the left hand side of the screen, above the zoom toolbar).
