Would not give us a credit for are flights or bags. Additionally we had to to book with another airline. Since it was last minute. It was almost 1300 dollars and two days extra we had to stay and pay for. We called customer service and the guy was not only rude and very un professional told us please stop wasting his time and are time.
The Allegiant phone number was constantly busy and the local agent said "they won't answer" showing this was not uncommon. We got one text about a new time, which would get us to our cruise on time and then no further updates. Plane did not leave at the updated time. We asked our luggage be returned and they said it was too late.
It ended up a 17 hour travel day, ruined our first day of the trip. To top it off, now it will not allow us to check in online for our flight home, which means another phone call to customer service. In conclusion, ruined my best friend’s bachelorette trip. Will never book again with Allegiant.
