    The biggest burden of membership is paying maintenance fees, which were roughly $600/year for us. Members have to pay these fees regardless of how much they use the facilities. If you stop paying fees, you endanger your credit rating because you are legally obligated to pay these fees.

    Dont trust the membership of fiesta americana vacation club. They are thieves. They have stolen over US$6000 from us with the promise that we can use the points and that it is a 40 year vacation package. But throughout the year and half, we have not received any benefits.
