Customer service at the Shoe department. I had the worst experience on August 20th, 2022. I went to the Women's Shoe department and asked the employee standing at the women's shoe area if there was a particular sandal they had. I had a picture of the sandal from the Nordstrom website.

Had to call customer service (she was helpful) and reselect items with her on the phone. Another hour of my day. Now into two hours of my day on this order. Placed an order for $1600. Next day I receive an email that the order has been cancelled. Three calls later (one to my cc company and 2 two Nordstrom customer service) I have no idea why.
