1 year ago. First reply is right, you can only hope the flight gets canceled and you get a refund. When you put a third party into the mix you are stuck with their rules. And if their rules say that $495 was to allow changes and not refunds, well, you agreed to that contract and booking.com is going to make you abide by them.
