I've looked at several postings about taking money from the ATM at the BNL and they say that their partner bank is Bank of America so you don't get charged extra fees. One even specifically pointed out the BNL at Piazza Della Repubblica (with the big carousel) is good. I went there yesterday but was charged $10.27 for each transaction.
