Wal-Mart Supercenter is right off Hwy. 65 at Branson Hills Parkway - it's huge, so expect to be there awhile. If you are staying in the Hollister area, I recommend Country Mart for practically all of your groceries. If you want some really good meat and the best wine selection I have seen, I would go to Harter House in Hollister.
