It is impossible to contact a human being at Hopper, unfortunately. I have been trying to cancel 4 flights (scheduled over the next few months). Have sent multiple cancellation requests to Hopper and have filled out the Hopper cancellation form multiple times. No response whatsoever from Hopper.

Yes the same app works as per your US phone. But that could be awkward unless you have a data plan. There’s usually no need at all to use Uber in London. Public transport is plentiful and cheap. In the very small situations where the tube, DLR or very frequent buses aren’t available, a London taxi will do the trick.

Uber bought out Careem, I believe it was. Though they're still operating under their own name. (I discovered this bc I have been doing a lot of research.)
