   HI, Im looking to get a Ford Mustang for my upcoming road trip and I have found that, all car rental companies mostly charge around 100-120$ per day for Mustang. So, a friend suggested to try Turo.com and he used the services and was very happy. Its like airbnb for car rental. Im able to see Ford Mustang 2017 for 50$ a day, which is a neat deal.

Fortunately my experience with turo was excellent, but the car owner I was renting from has 4.999 stars, is one of the premiere owner/renters in the San Francisco/San Jose area and he has 10-12 high-end cars that he rents out via Turo.

   I had a minor fender bender where a small amount of paint came off the bumper. I let the owner know immediately, and he agreed to let me pay him cash for the damage. Without explanation he changed his mind and decided to have Turo handle the claim. The problem with this is that Turo charges a flat $150 administrative fee despite the minimal damage.

   First time user on Turo - AWFUL experience. My host cancelled on me last minute, causing me to have to find another host at $600 more. I asked Turo for travel credits to cover the extra charge and they refused.
