    9. Re: Payless car rental - MCO. 11 years ago. We have used Payless many times in Orlando. The last time was in June when we got an excellent rate of $88 total price for 5 day rental. When you land go to the baggage claim area and use the courtesy phone. (You cannot miss them) There is a button for Payless and they answer promptly.

Some people like buying the rental company's insurance just for peace of mind. $400 to $500 is probably a good average. For a September booking like mine, $200 to $300 is the norm for a 10 day rental, but if you're booking during Christmas holiday time, $500 to $800 would be about right.

Answer 1 of 3: Has anyone used them and recommend? I have never heard of Payless. I got a good price for a car rental in March but it's only a weekend rental and I believe you have to catch a shuttle to take you to Payless offsite of the airport.
