Reviewed February 8, 2020. I booked a medium sized car from Budget/ Avis car rental at Heathrow Airport for January 2020. I arrived by shuttle from Terminal 4 no problems fairly easy to find bus stop. When I arrived a male service person came out from behind a door to serve me. Very pleasant and found my booking quickly.

Re: Returning a rental car a Heathrow airport. There are signs to 'Car rental return (Other)' on the Northern Perimeter Road West which is where the other rental places are located such as Hertz, Enterprise, National and Europcar. But they are not specified like the signs for Avis and Budget.
All cars, regardless of which terminal you picked up from, should be returned to our main base at Northrop Road, TW6 2QA (for your GPS) just off the airport's North Perimeter Road. Exit the M4 at Junction 4, follow the signs to Heathrow and head towards Terminal 4. You'll soon see signs for Avis Car Rental return.
Answer 1 of 3: Have a 8am filght from Heathrow terminal 2. Any advice on how much time I should plan on it taking from the car rental place (Avis or Budget) to the airport terminal?
