Answer 1 of 5: I have read many reviews on both. They have the low prices and seem to have the cars available for our trip. The other companies have nearly double the cost.
Payless charged our credit card for the higher amount on the day we started our rental. Upon our return, we called to straighten out the charges. They claim we turned the car in one day later than we did and have said the only way to prove we turned it in is to provide a faxed copy of our boarding passes.
