The plant was built in 1916 and active until the mid 1980s before closing. Today it is a modern restaurant with great appeal. The hostess, Kaleah, provided a wonderful tour which included the history of the plant and the repurposed usage of the steam stacks and piping for decor and dining space. Now on to the food😁.
