Soriana Grocery Store. Review of Kukulcan Plaza. Reviewed March 2, 2016. Went to Kukulcan mostly for groceries but wandered around a while. Stores are very clean. Nice variety. Shopped at the Soriana. They will deliver your groceries for a small fee. They told us 2 hours but they were there in an hour.
6. Re: Grocery Stores. 6 years ago. Main grocery store in Ixtapa is called Merza, a supermarket opposite Holiday Inn. It takes credit cards and pesos. Good for snack food, coffee, milk products, basic breads, vegetable and fruit. Limited in meats . Huge super market in Zihua called Soriana ( used to be the Commercial).

12 years ago. Soriana for the best quality and selection across your list. Wal-Mart is more convenient but their red meat is terrible. The easiest Chedraui for a tourist to get to is a dump. None of these however are in the Hotel Zone. They all require you to go downtown, either by taxi or bus (R2,R15 or R103).
