We have on-line bill pay or recurring credit card pay set up for all accounts possible, and have a Pay Pal accound as well, hoping that most situations can be handled in with these methods.

    The stuff inside didn't look tampered with, someone (I'm guessing the Japanese postal service) had wrapped 2 plastic straps around my package to hold it together, which no doubt helped a lot because the package arrived a rectangular box with very rounded & worn corners & edges : ) Every side had taken a good hit.
