While I'm there I will be sporadically driving around to different places within 1 hour of Manhattan. Sometimes I might come and go twice a day but usually just once.

If you coming from SI just take the Manhattan Bridge and look for parking in East Village or Lower East Side. If you park close to Astor Place you’ll be close to subways.

But I fear that there's been a misunderstanding re: Bangor airline fares. $342 for a round-trip flight between Bangor and NYC looks to me to be the price for 1 person, not 2.
