Every garage will be happy to have you there for a couple of hours and have you pay $20. And they will be glad to let you stay overnight and charge you $40 per night.
Also, I've noticed that Best Parking requires you to pre-pay now, it used to be you could just print the coupon and drive up. Answer 1 of 2: Will be driving in and staying at the club quarters WTC. Looking for a garage close by with in and out privileges. Will be driving upstate during the stay and do not intend of driving around NYC per se. Prefer to book online in advance.

While I'm there I will be sporadically driving around to different places within 1 hour of Manhattan. Sometimes I might come and go twice a day but usually just once.
