Re: Car rental outside Tampa Airport. 3 years ago. It is a problem all across the US with Florida being in the worst shape with lack of supply and high prices. Even renting off airport isn't providing the $250-$300 dollar differences in price as usual. It's more of a $100-$150 difference in a lot of cases.
