    We hope to rent a car for those 3 days to explore some of the area not appropriate in our 24 ft. motorhome.     Rent an RV or a car/hotels for 2 months. 10 years ago. Don't know what kind of deals you can get on car rentals, but when I have looked at the comparison, it seemed like car /motel was much cheaper. RV rentals are high and you pay a significant per mile charge and they get terrible gas mileage.

    a campervan is an RV; a recreational vehicle; they are in the Class B category - the next step up that comes in between 19ft and about 30ft are Class C - the big motorhomes are Class A. Then you have truck-campers. the Class C that are less then 20ft can fit in a standard parking stall. Reply.
