Anecdotal experiences from postings here and other forums is that companies called "EZ", "Payless", etc never are easy and you might pay less, but at a huge cost of time and service.
I rented from EZ Rent-a-Car in mid-2009. Got a great deal on the car.Then, about 3 months later they put 3, $50 charges on my credit card for toll violations. The city where I rented the car has an arrangement with the rental car companies that visitors who do not have cash to pay tolls can drive through anyway and it will be charged to the rental car company which then passes the fee on to you.

This is the second time my family and I have used EZ Rent-A-Car in Orlando Airport. After a long-haul flight from abroad the last thing one feels like is a drawn out process at the car rental desk. We've used other car rentals before and always been shocked at hidden costs and mandatory toll fees etc.
