   Hi June, you're traveling with kids, so best to avoid morning, evening rush as mentioned above. As well as around 11:30 pm til closing since everyone is trying to get home or as close to home as possible before the trains stop. If you have to go out in the morning, try before 7 am and have breakfast or snack at the stn or destination. Good luck!

Can use on bus and all metro lines, JR and Private metro lines. - Cons. Can be charged only with cash from ¥1000 to ¥20000.
