Expedia is an online site and so isn't set up for a lot of phone support. It may be difficult to get them on the phone. I use them regularly but have never tried to call them and I don't see an obvious customer support phone# on their website.

IF you paid with a credit card for the flight that you canceled then you should be talking to your credit card company and not Expedia. In fact I would have called the credit card company immediately! I can see how this confusion happened.
The forums are primarily member-driven and I'm a member and not a TA Staff member. You would need to contact Expedia regarding this as this is who you booked with. I'd suggest having a look at the Expedia site and the Customer Support link at the top of the page. I hope this gets sorted out easily. L4
8. Re: Expedia Customer Service. 11 years ago. We had issues with their customer service as well via phone and email. They put my bf on hold for over 50 minutes then called again and was in hold 40 min. Finally we complained on twitter, posted the call log for anyone to see and tagged (@expedia) them.
