I got a call from a Mexican phone number 52-558-526-2680 at 3:00pm central today and the guy that was on the other end quickly said his Mexican name and the agency he was from, and immediately asked if I had been contacted by people offering to buy my timeshare for a ridiculous amount of money. His English was very good.

    I tried the contact number or email but it was really really difficult to find them. Even if you find the contact phone number you need to wait at least 1 hour the be connected with their service center. I asked why they charged twice and they told me it was their fault. And promised me to refund my $500. But after few days they only refunded $450.
